Stress & Anxiety Workshops
Be Love Holistic Stress & Anxiety Workshops are designed to support Black women in combatting the stress of everyday life (e.g. burnout). Participants learn about race specific social determinants of health and disease, holistic prevention tools, and the therapeutic value, and overall benefits, of exercise and movement. Participants explore culturally-relevant mental health, self-care, and self-love practices and customize an action plan to follow in pursuit of their own mental and emotional wellbeing.
